FLOWERS & CROWNS CHALLENGE

Today wasn't a big art day for me. I am both not terribly creative at the moment and there is much to do. However, I stepped up to the plate for a short time to create this little altered key card. The challenge was the theme "Flowers & Crowns"...so I gave this Paper Whimsy image a Flower for her crown, and then added a tiny crown pendant. The biggest challenge was the itty bitty cardinal. So now I feel a little better that I did at least one small art project today!

Rella--

I am one of your Paper Whimsy "cohorts". I love this piece--this little redheaded girl is one of my faves. (I just used her on a birthday card for a redhead friend.)

Now I am working on my "Crowns and Flowers" piece--hope it turns out as well as yours!

Keep up the good work!

Such a lovely child - she looks like a little fairy herself! I like that you put the flower in the background like a crown and gave her a real crown pendant instead... The bird is wonderful! I have never done a collage so small - you inspire me!
