Well, the Easter Bunny hopped right on by
in typical quick fashion
only to be replaced by the first sign that we are quickly heading to summer
This greeted us at the back entrance at work on Tuesday.
Ahhhhhhh, the desert pets
diamond back rattler going into 'the pose'
and that is NOT a 'happy to see us' face
Not to fear
we have people who wrangle these bad boys
and then bring them down a bit away from the building...
so they can return again.
It's the Rattlesnake Game.
yesssssssssssssssssssssss, summer is knocking on our door.

this is what I DON'T MISS about AZ!! once I had a fight with a tarantula who decided that he wanted to nest in my garage and saw my van as a threat! LOL!! I won of course and jarred him and set him free out in the desert, far away from my garage!!! he was huge... ick!
Oh Rella, I hate snakes, I really, really do. How awful. Take care going into work. Wow. Have a great week. Hugs, Terri
eeewwwwww!!!! YUK!
Hi Rella,
Ah the neighborly visit! I lived out in east mesa one time and had one at my front door. I scooped him up, put him in a jar and took him to work with me. At the time I worked at The Phoenix Zoo....;o) Hey, they were living here first, so we've invaded their space.......they deserve all the respect we can give em' They're still Gods creatures. Now I live near the nature preserve in Gilbert and we get to see all the migratory birds all year long..pelicans, terns, stilts, heron, canadian geese...it's pretty cool. Then there's the locals, coyotes, turkey vultures, and burrowing owls....I love Arizona! So does wildlife and snowbirds........LOL
Hugs,
Meri
