O.K....so the good news is that the frosting is too yummy. The "note to self" news is that in using only 1/4 cup of batter in my 'cups' 20 min. was about two or three minutes too long in my convection oven I feel. They should have been a bit more moist. It's almost better to err on the side of under than over when it comes to cupcakes I have found. I will try another batch quite soon as the frosting receipe could easily frost up 30 at LEAST.
Oh, and Audra Mae....your e-mails keep bouncing back to me and I fear you are not getting a darn thing that I am sending... aside from e-mail sent directly from this fab website yesterday.
